Regarding Invoice
Once product is shipped, the hardcopy invoice will be along with the parcel. If you want to download invoice, please login to your Amazon account in system and go to your orders then you can see “Download Invoice” option for every order and click on it and select “Invoice ” then you will find you invoice.
All Invoice are GST invoice. If you want your company name and GST showing in this invoice, please register your amazon account as the business account with the correct information before purchase.
Once your order confirmed and dispatched, your invoice is done and will be generated automatically in Amazon. Any doubt regarding the invoice, please contact amazon buyer support. Or you can send us internal message our customer care will take care of you always.
Regarding the Product After-sales service Of Proffisy Toner Cartridge
After-sales service : 12 months from the date on the invoice. When you receive toner cartridge, please check carefully make sure the parcel you received not opened or torn.
The following situations are not covered by the After-sales service.
1, The label on the product is torn off.
2, Printing defects or scratches on the product due to special paper such as sulfuric acid paper or self-adhesive paper.
3, The surface of the product is obviously broken or scratched.
4, The product seal has been pulled off, but the print quality is not issue.
5, The toner remaining in the toner cartridge is less than 30%.
6, After-sales service time expired.
7, The toner cartridge after refilling is no longer covered by the After-sales service.The tamper-evident label on the toner cartridge is torn and is considered to be refilled.

Step 2: Pull the paper cover / orange buckle out of the cartridge according to the direction of the arrow shown
Step 3: Slowly pull out the seal tape to avoid any broken
Step 4: Inset the toner cartridge into the printer until it clicks into the right place
